Nicole has 20 plus years in the Audiovisual Industry and a 360° perspective on the value‐added chain of the entertainment industry. She serves on the board the Women in Film and Television International (WIFT) with 50 chapters globally and sits as the Chair of Women in Film and Television Germany (WIFT Germany).
She has been the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Mouna Film & Media Studios since 2008 and has extensive sales experiences across platforms at international A-festivals/markets whilst successfully structuring of short-term and long-term licensing deals (royalties).
Nicole has distributed, developed and produced (nonfiction & fiction) more than 50 film titles. Between 2001-2008 she built Kinostar Feature Film Distribution from scratch, lead film distribution to significant Top 10 DACH distributor and worked as Partner and Managing Director built.
She attracted award-winning talent & negotiated highly profitable licensing deals with major Hollywood studios, structured theatrical release campaigns that resulted repeatedly in some of the most successful independent feature documentary releases. She boosted number of film releases by 300%, increased ticket sales twelvefold over 5 years and grew profitability in highly competitive market.
Between 1997-2008, Nicole worked as a Managing Partner German Cinema Chain Kinostar where she supervised locally customized programming across all screens of Top 6 German Cinema Chain.
Nicole is fluent in the languages of the creative and the economic worlds, connecting the two succinctly.
